Returns & Exchanges

We understand selecting the right style and size online can be a difficult one. For this reason, we welcome an exchange or credit note for full priced items on online orders within 14 days of purchase, provided the receipt is included, the original tags are attached and items are returned in an unworn condition.

If you wish to return or exchange any Lorna Jane garment purchased from our website please email us at  We will then provide you with our return address details. 

Refunds can be issued for Lorna Jane purchases made online at only. Refunds are not accepted in Lorna Jane retail stores or on any other Lorna Jane website. 

Items purchased on sale (permanently marked down items situated in the sale section of are not eligible for refunds; unless faulty, wrongly described or not of merchandisable quality.

All garments are subject to inspection. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and can't be refunded unless the garment is faulty. 

When returning any goods to us, we strongly recommend you use a guaranteed postal or courier service with tracking service and appropriate insurance cover. The FeelGood Co. cannot be held responsible for any goods that are intended to be returned to us but are lost in transit.

On receipt of returned goods, you will be issued with a refund made to the card / paypal account originally used for payment, or we can arrange an exchange for a replacement garment if you'd prefer. How long it takes to refund your card will depend on which bank or card issuer you have. Any original charges for postage and packing unfortunately can't be refunded.
